2. Service Quotations
All quotes provided by Voltas Electrical are valid for 30 days. We reserves the right to adjust quotes if the scope of work changes upon physical inspection of the Adelaide property or if material costs (e.g., electrical components or AC units) increase unexpectedly.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required upon completion of the service unless prior credit arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with South Australian fair trading guidelines.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a call-out fee to cover travel and scheduling costs for our Adelaide technicians.
5. Workmanship and Warranty
Voltas Electrical takes pride in quality. All electrical and AC services are performed by A-Class licensed South Australian electricians. We provide a lifetime warranty on workmanship, while installed equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Customers must ensure the work site is safe and accessible. Our technicians reserve the right to refuse service if safety conditions are not met or if the environment is hazardous (e.g., unrestrained pets, structural instability, or dangerous wiring).
7. Limitation of Liability
